I'm cartoonist R A Murphy.  In addition to the comics and cartoons that I write and draw, I also occasionally get inspired to create short written humor.  Most of it falls under the heading of spoofs or satire.  The inspiration usually comes because I've seen something in the news that makes me laugh.  Hopefully, what I write about it makes you laugh too.
